If you are moving into a care home it is important that you let us know your new address. You should also tell us whether you want to:

• keep the same bank account
  You can continue to have your pension paid into your current bank account.

   

  or
  
• have your pension paid direct to the care home
  You can decide to have your pension paid direct to your care home. Just send a copy of the care home's bank account details and a letter for the social worker to confirm you are entering the care home and your pension is to be paid direct to them.
