The final report of the independant commission led by Lord Hutton, that undertook a fundamental structural review of public services pension provision, has been published.

Changes to the England and Wales LGPS

Please note these proposals do not affect Scotland - the Scottish Government is currently considering its own changes to the Scottish LGPS which may be quite different to the ones proposed for England and Wales.
