Customer care

Our Customer Charter sets out the standard of service you should receive when you contact us.  If something goes wrong we will try to sort it right away if possible.

We are committed to providing our members with excellent customer service and value all your comments and suggestions.

Sometimes things go wrong and we aim to resolve then on the spot if we can.  If we can't, we will help you through the process of making a complaint and tells you what we will do to resolve it.
