How can we communicate the benefits
of membership to our staff?
There are several ways to ensure that you get the best value from contributing
to the Lothian Pension Fund.
- When you advertise for new staff, state that the post is eligible for
membership of a final salary pension scheme;
- Include more detailed information on the scheme's benefits in the recruitment
pack or job description;
- Make details available on your website on intranet, or link to this site;
- Allow us to join your induction process for new staff;
- Include regular articles on pensions in your staff newsletters or magazine.
