Active and deferred members can now see their personal pension details online. 
To register use the activation code sent with the annual newsletter or statement. If you have lost your code, email mss.pensions@lpf.org.uk with your national insurance number to request a copy of the code.  Retired members can also use this email address to request an activation code.

Contribution rates 2012/13

Each year the contribution rate members pay is revised in line with the Consumer Price Increase.  Download the new member contribution rates here.


Public Sector pension changes

The UK Government is currently considering changes to public sector pensions including the Local Government Pension Scheme in England and Wales.  The Scottish Government is reponsible for making changes to the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme and has made no announcements so far.   When information is available it will be sent to members.
