If you’ve looked at the Help hub and website and still have a question, please use one of the following methods to contact us. 

  •  Using the secure message facility via My Pension Online.  It’s easy to register for the service if you've not already done so and it’s secure.  You can also upload documents, update your bank and address details once you’ve logged into the online service 
  • By email but remember this is not a fully secure way of providing information. We may require further information to validate your identity before we can answer your query 
  • By telephone: call 0333 996 1900 (9am to 4pm Monday to Friday except public holidays) 
  •  By mail: Lothian Pension Fund, PO Box 24158, EDINBURGH, EH3 1GY
