Our workplace is a special place for colleagues to meet, collaborate and socialise. To allow for social distancing, our space can safely and comfortably accommodate 40 colleagues. We therefore apply a blended method of working, with all colleagues splitting their working week with time working both from home and in the workplace. 

Key Principles

  • Colleagues work a minimum of two days per week in the workplace (line managers will discuss pro rata arrangements for colleagues on reduced hours). 
  • One of these two days will be spent with your whole team in the workplace.
  • No colleagues permanently work from home.

  • Only use paper when you must – we prefer to work digitally when possible.
