If you are married or in civil partnership, your husband/wife/civil partner automatically receives a pension if you die - you don't need to fill in the form.

NEW JOINER FORM - only compete this form if you opted out of the pension fund when you started your job. To join the Fund complete and return the form to your employer. They will start your contributions (you will see this on your payslip) and tell us you have joined. We will send you new joiners welcome pack within 8 weeks of your employer starting to take contributions from your pay.
