Using AI tools with your pension information
AI tools can be useful for answering general questions, but you should be cautious about using them to interpret information about your LPF pension.
AI-generated answers can be inaccurate or misleading and may not take account of your individual circumstances, LGPS rules or the way LPF administers your benefits. You should therefore not rely solely on information provided by an AI tool when making decisions about your pension.
Protect your personal information
Do not enter or upload personal pension information, including your Annual Benefit Statement, Pension Increase information or other LPF correspondence containing personal data, into publicly available AI tools.
If you do use AI
Treat the response as general information rather than an authoritative interpretation of your pension and check important information against LPF's published information or with us directly.
