The quickest way to update your bank details is to log in to My Pension Online ,and select 'Update my details' then 'Manage my bank details.' To update the details, click 'Edit bank details' and make the amendments then click 'Submit request'. We validate all bank changes and to do this we ask you to upload a picture of a bank statement showing your name, address, new sort code and account number to the online document upload.
We can’t pay into Post Office Accounts.
If you live overseas and would like your pension paid into an overseas account (or to change the overseas account it's being paid to), please complete the relevant payment form for your country of residence and return it to us by uploading the completed form to your record via My Pension Online.
