At LPF we’ve adopted an agile approach to working. Remote working is our norm, and teams don’t have a fixed base at our workplace. Our workplace is a special place for colleagues to meet, collaborate and socialise. We therefore apply a blended method of working, with all colleagues splitting their working week with time working both from home and in the workplace.
