We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Honeyman to the newly-created role of Head of People and Communications.
Helen Honeyman has almost twenty years of experience across a wide range of HR sub-disciplines and has previously worked for RBS. Helen also holds a non-executive role in the higher education sector. Our CEO, Doug Heron comments: “This is a crucial role in supporting our purpose of providing secure retirement benefits for our members. LPF is unique as an employer in Scotland in operating as a regulated investment manager in public sector ownership. Our 77 employees span a range of roles from compliance and legal professionals, through to chartered financial analysts and qualified pension administrators. Whatever their background each member of our team shares the same sense of duty to our members and other stakeholders. “In seeking to make this appointment, we were impressed by the number and range of exceptional candidates who had an appetite to join us.
